Stayed Jul 12, 2025The hosts were amazing with providing us with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is perfect for all your needs. Pictures dont show how spacious the rooms are. Charcoal BBQ only which can be time consuming to cook with. Really close to Dreams Park. Bit further to ASV but a nice drive. Thank you for a lovely week.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025I was really impressed by this charming property. Even though it is on the small side, the apartment is a great place for someone or a couple to stay. This is a great location. One of the best features of this rental property is the peacefulness sounderings. Honestly, this was my favorite thing about staying here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great experience at this location! So close to Cooperstown. The apartment had all the amenities needed including a tiny cooler to use at the fields. Loved the upstairs patio for coffee in the AM And a drink in the evening!! It does get REALLY light, really early so I recommend an eye mask if you are a light sleeper. The windows do not keep out the early sun!!! Would definitely come back!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Apple tree apartment was the perfect place to stay. We loved it. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. We loved the old farmhouse theme. Anne Marie the host was so nice and ment us when we got there. She gave our son baseball themed gifts and even a pack of baseball cards. She had the apartment equipped with everything we needed for the week.It really was perfect. We have recommended it to several of our friends that will be coming to dreams park with their boys. Thank you for a perfect week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for Week 4 of Cooperstown Dream Park and this was the perfect place. It was spacious, clean, and great location to the park. Ann was on top of everything in case you need anything. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
