This beautiful Casita is the perfect location for a Santa Cruz stay. It's comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It's a short walk to the pier, boardwalk, and many restaurants and coffee shops. The view from both the bedroom and living room offer gorgeous ocean vistas. While close to the action, this casita is remarkably quiet and restful.

This is a beautiful, comfortable one bedroom in a great, walkable neighborhood. We saw whales from the living room window one morning! Easy check-in and out. Would certainly stay again.

This unit was amazing. It was so clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location to the boardwalk and the bay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Santa Cruz.

This property is perfect for a couple who wants to have easy access to all that the Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach and Boardwalk have to offer! The apartment is the perfect size and very clean! Check in is very simple and communication with Kerry is always timely! We love to open the sliding door onto the deck at night so we can hear the sea lions on the wharf. We visit Santa Cruz often and are so disappointed when this location is not available for our stay.

Beautiful apartment and grounds. Apt is stocked with kitchen items, linens ( washer and dryer) books and games. Great garden searing and lovely hots who are kind and easy to reach

Once again, an absolutely wonderful time. Lovely location, apt is fully stocked with household items, furniture and washer dryer.The hosts are great: friendly, thoughtful, easy to reach and very nice. The grounds are lovely as is the outdoor seating areas provided for us. BBQ on one of the decks and works great. I visit at least once a year. PS. They have the cutest little dogs that you see every once in a while. Love the apartment.

This apartment was a comfortable and convenient spot to stay with my husband. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting the local beaches, and it was close to the highways for those out-of-town excursions as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to spend some time in Santa Cruz. Walkable distance to all beach activities. Very quiet neighborhood. All the kitchen necessities you need are provided. Major plus that a washer and dryer is included. Very stress free place to stay. Nothing bad to say about our stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the hummingbirds and hearing the sea lions bark. Owners are very nice and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

I loved our stay here so much — the most comfortable bed (first good sleep of our travels), well appointed kitchen, clean bathroom, lovely views, great walks from the apartment, with forest hikes a short drive away. We plan to be back!

This was such a a great gem but sssssh don't tell anyone because if more people knew how great it was there would be no availability for us to come back. Everything was wonderful, clean and terrifically located. We had a small problem with one of the complementary bikes, and by the next day it was fixed. The owners were very responsive and everything was truly wonderful. Thanks for such a pleasant stay !

This is a perfect location for me. You can pretty much walk to anywhere from here. The stairs to the beach are just across the street. Downtown is a 5 minute walk away. Very clean well token care of unit. You can check the surf at cowells from the living room window. Perfect spot!

Had another great visit to Santa Cruz. This property was great. A very comfortable space, fantastic view of the bay, super close to W Cliff Drive for a walk along the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Kerry was a fantastic host! Very communicative and friendly, as were her dogs and family :) the apartment was perfect for my stay with my fiancé. Great location right off the bay and so close to many fun activities! The apartment itself was clean and cozy. Loved this little gem!

Place was really clean, bed was comfortable, and location was great. It was far enough away from downtown to be quiet but close enough so that we were able to walk to the pier, boardwalk, and downtown. Street parking was easy. 100% recommend.

Hard to beat this very near West Cliff location. Steps to the shore. Easy walking distance to the Wharf and Boardwalk. All services are close by. The apartment itself is just as pictured. Well designed, built, and maintained. It felt very private and secure. Parking was never an issue for us. We will return. Highly recommended!
