Living room, kitchen, laundry on main floor. Stairs that lead from the door up to the apartment. No door at top of stairs.There is also a house that is a short term rental on the property as well. Please be courteous to the guests and neighbors.Full access to the apartment. Please note there is a full staircase leading up to the apartment. Excellent location to the downtown area and marina’s. Apartment was very nice with all the amenities described. Our host was very responsive to any questions and shared information about expectations for our visit.
