Stayed Sep 21, 2024Overall, our stay was great. The location is really convenient and easy to navigate. The property manager was fantastic!!! Always available when needed and even came into our apartment to fix a dying smoke detector. The only criticisms we have was the water temperature was a little wonky. It would rapidly go from warm to cold or scalding. Also, there was a lot of hair that was not ours on the couch. I'm not grossed out by hair, it just could have been better. Overall, fantastic place!

Stayed Aug 27, 2024We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Middletown, RI! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, from beaches to restaurants and attractions. The house itself was immaculate and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners clearly take pride in maintaining the property, as it was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway in Middletown!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Place was very clean and had everything you could want. Location was close to town and jazz festival. Price was high, but what you would expect during the festival. Great communication with owner!
