We had a most wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable, and lovely home. What a view- gorgeous sunrises, dolphins galore, and even a beautiful fox running through the dunes. Will hope to book a future stay!

This place is really hard to beat! Wonderful ocean views, sunrises, breezes, and sounds of the surf. It's a classic beach cottage that has everything you need and nothing you don't. We've rented dozens of different places over our 32 years coming to LBI, and this one is EASILY near the very top. Beyond that, the host was very responsive, very communicative, and legitimately made sure we were enjoying our experience. If there's ONE thing to note, it's the tandem parking can be a challenge at first (especially if you have kiddos). But after a few days... it doesn't much matter!

We lived the location, ocean views, back deck and beach access. The host was very organized and made us feel welcome. House well stocked with amenities. We had cold rainy weather, but still enjoyed the house. Hope to return again!

The beach is quiet this time of year. The house was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the morning on the deck was wonderful. We will be back

Beautiful, well located property with a full view ocean view from terrace and living room. Full kitchen, clean, and accurately described. Host communicated timely and with care. This place is a home away from home and truly a beach getaway with attention to all your needs regardless of weather. Can walk easily to beach in a few minutes and park car in driveway. Will return.

Just what LBI is! Easy, beachy, and beautiful!!!

Super close to the beach access point and within walking distance of the best restaurants on LBI, this beach house is a great and affordable place to stay. This place has some things that a lot of places on LBI do not have: two bathrooms and a washer/dryer inside the unit. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean while we sipped on wine at the end of a day spent relaxing at the beach or fishing in the bay. The location of this house is close to The Gables and The Engleside, two of the best restaurants LBi has to offer.

Property as described. Easy walk to the beach. I loved the little extras. Pretty smelling hand soap. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and blankets ! We had a relaxing week !
