This beautiful 700 sq. ft. air-conditioned, fully stocked beachfront condo has a kitchen which includes a full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils.
The condo is on the ground floor and has one queen bedroom and one bath. A sofa bed is in the living room and can sleep up to 4 people.

Sunset Beach is a 12-unit condo resort right on the be, just South of San Pedro, about 2 miles from the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. This resort overlooks the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking, only 1/2 mile off the shoreline.

Since it is right on the beach, there are plenty of places to sit to view the sunrise, sunset, and wildlife. Swimming is great right off the dock, and the tour operators will pick you up from the dock. The lovely pool allows you to view the beach and barrier reef while cooling off. There are pool chairs and seating on the Pier.

This beautifully appointed condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on the veranda. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island.

This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions, or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island, and travel insurance are available.

There are 4 restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is also available.

This resort has one, two- & three-bedroom condos and can accommodate single travelers, couples, families, and friends. With a big group Ask about booking multiple condos! All condos have full kitchens, wifi, phone, central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, and tiled floors throughout.

The entire condo is within your reach. Walk out to the veranda and enjoy the cool evenings. Pool and outdoor dining area are available for all guests to enjoy, and there are 2 coal bar b q grills for guests to enjoy the outdoors while they grill their next meal.

Sunset Beach is a family-friendly resort and has cool games to keep everyone entertained, such as corn hole games, water volleyball, kayaks, and floats. The pool is a freshwater pool with a cool water bobbler, hammocks, and hardwood beach lounging furniture.

South San Pedro is one of the most peaceful and safest neighborhoods on the island. Home to the South Ambergris Caye neighborhood watch. We have a selection of restaurants to choose from to dine in and a private beach at Playa de Sala boutique resort (adults only) that welcomes visitors.

The shampoo and conditioner feature a refreshing citrus scent, while the body wash has a soothing green tea & lemongrass fragrance.

For some added fun, we’ve also expanded our beach games. Our volleyball net was a big hit with guests this year, and we’ve now added spikeball so everyone can enjoy even more outdoor fun during their stay.

Each stay now includes a complimentary bag of coffee for you to enjoy during your visit. We’ve also added a selection of basic cleaning supplies for your convenience, so you can feel right at home throughout your stay.
