Stayed Jul 2, 2025Great location to explore Newport. We stayed here with our two children and two dogs. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The space was great for everyone and we had a wide range of ages. My nearly 2 year old loved the toys and it was great because we didn't need to bring nearly as much. Everything was comfortable and everything was so conveniently located! Literally 10 minutes and usually less to anything. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 19, 2024The apartment was very clean and well appointed, and the beds comfortable. Our host made check-in easy and responded immediately when we had a question. The location is good, an easy drive to Newport and other attractions.

Stayed Sep 13, 2022We had business in Newport which was a simple $12 Uber ride but didn't want the hotel feel. The place was exactly as described! Clean Clean Clean! Thank you for that! Adorably decorated, great towels in the bathroom and the beds were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022The property was exactly as advertised. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient (by car) to downtown Newport and Middletown. It is nice finished, very clean, and stocked with all the basic necessities. Kelly, the owner, was really friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022Kelly’s place was excellent and my wife and I had a great time there along with our dog. Everything was well stocked and clean when we arrived and Kelly was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is super convenient to downtown Newport and just minutes away from the Newport/Middletown beaches. I’d highly recommend for any small groups or families looking for a place to stay close to Newport.
