Stayed Sep 20, 2025Everything in this home was beautiful and accommodating. Lots of room and everything was clean. No complaints at all and it was affordable for a missionary family living on a tight budget. Very appreciative!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The apartment itself was okay. It was definitely updated, however there is very little privacy with the bathroom. At first entry everything seemed fine. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, but they came to clean it. The communication with the cohost and evolve was absolutely horrific! We had a huge problem in the middle of the night that required police and fire to come out as a precaution. I was also asked to go into the basement to check out the strange beeping. There was no light and stairs looked questionable. I know it’s an old house but it I was unsettling. We were then locked inside due to a faulty lock and then locked out! The cohost didn’t suggest to look for a new key for the downstairs unit until the next morning. We were all piled upstairs! We didn’t have hot water the last night and day of our trip! We had a grounds keeper come over in the middle of the night to check on us which was nice but the cohost said no one was authorized to come inside! As women, we were very frightened naturally. Evolve has now told me that they will give me $10 for compensation! I am LIVID!!!!! Never will I ever go back there! Too many problems! Too much complication! My suggestion… communicate with the renters yourself. So angry!
