Access is one car at the time, if the client is following you , the gate will need to be opened twice. don't back up at gate.Association approval time 5 -10 days. To enter the community, Monday - Friday 9:00 to 5:00 press #001 on the callbox out front, IDENTIFY yourself, the reason for your visit, which unit you will be showing, and the manager will open the gate. After hours or on the weekend, call 239-250-0101 for security to open the gate. If your client is in a separate vehicle, have them pull up directly in front of the gate, use the callbox so they can be granted access first & then you will need to use the callbox again for you to be granted access.
