The floors include large format tile throughout the living area, tile showers, nice dining area and updated kitchen with brand new appliances including a gas range with vented hood. The kitchen is stocked with most typical cooking utensils, dishware and appliances, please inquire with any specific questions regarding your cooking needs!brbrThe fireplace feature offers a cozy ambience in the winter and cold nights. The entire space offers ample amounts of natural light and the most picturesque views in the valley - the creek and municipal golf course in the foreground and the snowy range mountains in the background including views of Elk Mountain, Coad, Pennock and Kenneday Peak. Deer frequent the yard on a daily basis and you may get visits from other local critters including ducks and geese, moose, beaver and other species of birds!

(Please see our pet policies at the end of this description) This beautiful, private guesthouse is available year round for nightly and weekly rentals one. It’s located on the outskirts of town, yet is just five minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in true western style, and comes fully furnished with a cook-ready kitchen, two bedrooms (1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds), sitting area with Roku TV, free wireless internet access, bath with tub and shower. A fire pit is located in front for the use of our guests. Pasture is available for up to 4 horses with plenty of room for truck and trailer parking. The views are incredible and there are no cross streets in front of our property, so it's very quiet and peaceful. Since we are open year round, we welcome hunters, fishermen, hikers, snowmobilers, cross country skiers, horseback riders, nature lovers, mountain bikers.......everyone who loves the out of doors!brbrPet Policies: We are dog friendly; however, no more than one dog. (Please check with owners before bringing your pet.) No cats allowed. Dogs not allowed to be left alone in guesthouse for any reason. Dogs must have their own sleeping bed (no dogs on guest beds) and cannot chase our horses and must be able to get along with our Border Collie.
