Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):br● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:br● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.br● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.br● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.brbr2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.brbr3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation brbr4. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.br*In case of Waivo insurance* We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit. brbr5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.brbr6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.brbr7. No parties or events allowedbr**If small events are allowed: We welcome small, calm gatherings such as baby showers, family birthdays, and similar events. However, all events must be pre-approved in advance. Please provide details, including the number of guests and duration, for consideration. Large parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for ensuring all attendees respect house rules and neighborhood quiet hours. Unapproved events may result in cancellation of the reservation.brbr8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.brbr9. Adult supervision must be present at all times for anyone under the age of 18.brbr10. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, sage or fireworks. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.brbr11. All vehicles must be parked with all four tires in designated parking areas only. Parking on the lawn or blocking neighboring driveways is not permitted.brbr12. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.brbr13. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.brbr14. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).brbr15. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer.
