My tix are indoor club seats excellent additional food choices, (steak sandwiches, cheesecake etc). full bar hard liquor, comfortable padded seats, the area is carpeted everything is first class. Also no lines for food, drinks or bathrooms and climate controlled interior !! Oh and an elevator to ride up and down. brHouse has 5 bedrooms 2 full baths split level with 2 living areas. All linen, towels and tons kitchen cooking items included. Absolutely no smoking or pets. Reduced prices available upon request contact me for info. Plenty of parking in driveway. I will discuss discounts or game tickets, etc. if you contact me. My rates are some of the lowest in the area. Owner may choose to park cars on game days and special events on any lawn area of the property owner will notify renters advance. The separate spa seats up to 10 guests and has multiple jets. Please note Pool and Inground Spa are open Mid April to End of September. YEAR ROUND hot tub seats up to 8 guests with multiple jets for neck, back, legs and feet. The Hot Tub maintains a year round temperature or 104 degrees. It also features small deck jets and color changing lights and stairs for easy access. We provide large towels for the Hot Tub. Mid April through end of September we provide 9 lounge chairs with 4 umbrellas for shade as well as various floats. The pool house is located adjacent to the pool and is used to house the pool and spa equipment. This enables you to listen to nature and relax throughout your stay. There is a firepit located near a circular sectional for conversation near the pool area. Beyond the pool the yard slopes down to a grassy area where you can play corn hole and ax throwing provided during pool season. Are you a smoker and hate sitting outside in the heat or cold to smoke Now we have our new smoking hut just for you!! It's not heated but it's better than sitting outside. In our smoking hut we have a table and chairs that seat 4 and a nice recliner. Go into the hut and sit back and relax and smoke if you want. All we ask is that you dispose of any cigarettes or garbage in the bins right outside the hut! (Ok it's a garage but I call in our smoking hut!) I know lots of people smoke so I felt the need to try to accommodate them too! And then we keep the smoke out of the house for the non smokers who are stay.brbrSo now everyone can relax and chill out in our house or in our garage! It’s a small and cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood in Green Bay and only 1/2 a block from Marquette Park! (And also close to the stadium and the new convention center!) The house has great Spectrum internet speed if you need to work from the house! And both the living room and 2 bedrooms have smart TVs with cable! brbrIt’s has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed in it and one bedroom with 2 twin XL beds! It has a full basement with a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay at the house. It also has a one stall garage that has a smart garage opener that your welcome to use during your stay! (If interested in using the garage during your stay contact me for more info) The garage is nice because you won’t have to worry about scraping off your car In our crazy WI winters. Also you won’t have to worry about moving your car when our plow guy comes! brbrThe house might be small but it’s stocked with ALL the amenities we have in our big houses! This house is just for smaller groups of people. (Single business traveler, a couple, a single person with a couple kids, a couple with a couple kids and 2 couples. The house really wouldn’t work for any larger groups or families. I only have the 2 twin XL beds and the queen bed and there are no more sleeping spaces available in the house. However, if you do need more room we do have other larger houses available so please contact me if you need a larger house or more sleeping spaces! If our other houses are available we can host you at one of those houses! This house is just my little gem I purchased for smaller groups!brbrI hope you will love this home as much as I do! It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are also multiple boat launches within a few miles.brbrWe have added a hot tub to the stone cottage we remodeled.brbrAmple parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.brThe spacebrThe interior of this house has been completely remodeled and all appliances are full sized and new. There are 2 king beds 1 Queen and bunk beds provide an additional 3 twins and 1 full size beds. The Kings and Queen all have adjustable headrests.brbrThe kitchen is stocked with the basicsl.33br68...pots, pans and silverware and plates for up to 12. Be sure to check out our coffee station with a Keurig Coffee and Expresso maker. The washer and dryer are free and located in the lower bathroom.brOther things to notebrWe do recommend water shoes if you go swimming. There are several rocks close to shore large enough to sit on. Please note there is a leash law and the neighbor will have it enforced. Please clean up any messes and restrict your animals to the yard.
