The property sleeps up to 12 people across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.brbrWith access into Clearwater lake during the summer months, Ducklings is well suited for those wishing to explore Lower Mill Estate from the water and being situated only a short walk away from the tennis courts, Ballihoo restaurant and the Lower Mill spa, Ducklings is a great base for your Cotswold adventure.brbrWith two bunk bedrooms, this property is perfect for families looking to explore the stunning surrounding scenery that the Cotswolds offers. You can also bring your dog along with the property being pet friendly, we just that they are kept off furniture and downstairs out of respect for the owners and future holiday goers. brbrGround FloorbrAs you enter the ground floor you will discover an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, the perfect spot for your family and friends to hang out. The kitchen comes fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. The dining table seats up to 12, and the lounge has 3 sofas, a smart TV and benefits from a log burner which offers a cosy setting in the winter months. The lounge opens out onto a back decking with views over Clearwater lake. Here you will find an outdoor dining table and chairs for 12 and the bonus addition of a hot tub (Not available on the 1st night).
