Both the king bedrooms have lakeside views and enclosed conjoining balcony with westerly facing views to enjoy the evening sun. The master suite sits at the top of the property with glass double doors overlooking Swillbrook lake leading onto the mezzanine balcony set with desk and double sofa overlooking the open plan living/dining area. The super king size bed sits underneath a sky light window offering time to stargaze and the ensuite provides a double step in shower. The open plan kitchen and living area offers a large comfortable sofa in front of a log burner fire and T.V, complimented by a large wooden coffee table and dining table to seat 8 people. The main terrace allows you to take full advantage of alfresco dining, whilst the snug room offers an additional television and sofa to hide away in, both situated on the first floor.brbrOUTSIDEbrThe first floor terrace is accessed via the double doors from the living area and provides westerly views. The balcony has seating for two and provides stunning views across Minety Lake. Great way to start the day!brbrMoving across the first floor there are two good sized king sized bedrooms, both with built in ceiling fans, one with en-suite. The first floor is completed with the family bathroom.brbrContinuing upstairs to the top floor there is a large bedroom with four single beds (very kid friendly!), Smart TV and a further family shower-room.brbrThe top floor also boasts the games room, family fun for adults and children alike! The games room features a 6 foot pool table, games console, mini bar, Sonos speaker and large Smart TV. This property will comfortably accommodate ten adult guests and two further adult guests on a king-sized sofa bed (available upon request), located in the cinema room. There are two additional travel cots and one toddler bed available for which guests must bring their own linen.
