Situated in 2.5 acres of grounds, 2-bedroom Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town and various other suburbs. brOwners, Jane and Stuart live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance, parking and outdoor alfresco. We are laid-back and easy going, and are happy to hang out or give you your space, as desired.brbrbrThe spacebrYou have total access to this evaporative air-conditioned two-bedroom, 1 bath home with kitchen, dining and lounge area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a travel cot is available as well (please indicate on booking). Owners reside in the adjacent attached home and share access to the pool area along with guests in our other holiday home Sunrise Retreat.brThere are two bedrooms with comfortable, quality queen beds, both with bedside drawers, lamps and spacious wardrobes. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, large fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, sofa, TV. brThere is also a six seater table and a barbecue on the covered alfresco with outdoor blinds for when the evening sun is shining in. From the alfresco you will enjoy uninterrupted views down the hill of the fields. brThe focus on furnishing the apartment has been your comfort, quality and style.brGuests have access to the shared pool area by walking around the front and side of the house.brbrThe areabrBirdsong is situated in the rural suburb of East Wanneroo, with the unique convenience of being close enough to town but with the tranquility of living amongst large rural spaces.brNamed Birdsong after the many parrots, galahs, wagtails and kookaburras who you often see and hear singing in the surrounding gardens.br

Sunrise RetreatbrOur lovely 2 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. A fantastic kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious lounge area, outdoor patio area with table and chairs and BBQ, swimming pool (with solar heating and solar blanket), makes this an ideal retreat for couples and small families. The new home has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay in Perth as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Attached but separate from our new home, Sunrise Retreat is completely self-contained with access to our stunning sparkling pool which is shared with our family and guests. There is a private patio area with gate to pool area.brSunrise Retreat has 2 spacious comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles, with the option of an additional camp bed or cot if required.brbrFurther details indoorsbrbrBenefiting from evaporative air conditioning throughout the home, the lounge area has two quality sofas, coffee tables, digital television, DVD player, desk, chair and light for working on your laptop. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and acrylic worktops, splash backs, a decent fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, (and additional fridge freezer in garage), kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and a large wardrobe. Bedroom two is fitted with two single beds, complete with bedside light and cabinets, and built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin with large mirror, cabinet and toilet.
