It is a short drive from the famous Goodwood Estate, the South Downs National Park AONB, and 25 minutes from West Wittering Beach.brbrThe spacebrThe apartment is located in the modern development of Graylingwell Park, a contemporary development set in 85 acres of parkland in North Chichester, yet only a mile from the city centre.brbrIt sleeps up to 2 guests (one double bedroom), is located on the third floor of the block and benefits from lift access.brbrEnter the block through the shared entrance with the lift on your left and the large stairwell on your right.brbrAs you enter the apartment into the hallway you will find plenty of space for hanging coats and storing shoes in the large cupboard on your right.brbrThe double bedroom is directly in front of you and is bright and airy with plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.brbrThe bathroom is also off the entrance hallway (on the left as you enter the apartment) and has a three piece suite with shower over the bath.brbrThe open plan living space consists of a modern kitchen, a dining area and sitting room. The kitchen is kitted out for home dining with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and smaller appliances including a microwave, kettle and toaster. The washer-dryer is also located in the kitchen. The large dining table is just off the kitchen, offering plenty of space for meals, or to work from the comfort of the flat.brbrThe living area is spacious with a large, comfortable sofa and Smart TV (Please note that you will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications) and the apartment is serviced with good wifi.brbrFree parking is available in the development in an allocated space for which a permit is provided. Please be mindful to not use the other spaces as they are all allocated to the different properties. It is located in a quiet residential area of Fishbourne and is only 2 miles from the centre of Chichester with its cobbled streets, pedestrianized shopping centre and beautiful cathedral.brbrThe annexed is all on one level.brbrEnter into the kitchen/living space with its large comfy sofa bed (please request linen for the sofa bed at time of booking), dining table and large Smart TV.
