Nestled in the heart of West Lavant countryside just inside the National Park, Old Root House is a recently converted 200 year old flint and brick Sussex Barn, and becomes available to rent for the first time in 2015. The barn has been lovingly converted to the highest standards by a well known local Developer, with all rooms having a southerly aspect and featuring vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The kitchen is is fitted out with top of the range Neff electrical appliances and the Diningarea features a solid Oak table and chairs. All on the ground floor ‘Old Root house' has a large living area linking to an open plan kitchen and dining area. With comfy seating for all, the living area has a window on every wall giving you glimpses of your glorious rural surroundings. With the focus point being the wood burning stove, it makes the perfect feature for cosying up on your winter break.
From the living room you can open up the French windows to get to a small garden and enjoy the warm summer air with a glass of something bubbly.

‘Old Root House' has three bedrooms. Two twin rooms (3 ft single beds) , one can be set up as doubles upon request and a master kingsize bedroom with shower en-suite.
With another family bathroom there are plenty of facilities for everyone. Parking is on site and there is room for a couple of cars should you need it.
