Varaison is one of five beautiful lodges nestled in the beautiful vineyard at Ashling Park Estate. This lodge is single level with full wet room.

The lodge itself has two beautiful bedrooms both looking out onto the Estate with luxury bedding and large super king beds. The bed in the second bedroom can be divided into singles, if you would prefer this configuration please let us know at the time of booking. There are two luxurious bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the is a fullwet room.

The central room has a beautiful picture window over looking the estate and across to the lake. There is comfortable seating and a smart TV so you can sit and relax in the evening snuggled up in front of the log burner after treating yourself to a fabulous meal in the on site restaurant. This area also contains the kitchenette offering the essentials for your stay including, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and an Illy coffee machine.

Outside there is a terraced area with outside seating, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun set with a glass of Ashling Park wine.

The Ashling Park Estate is a stunning wine retreat set at the foot of the South Downs National Park, with rolling vineyards, amazing restaurants, beautiful lodges, gin making experiences, cocktail masterclasses, vineyard tours and of course superb award-winning wines you wont need to leave the estate to have a wonderful and relaxing time.

Fully self catering only available only Monday to Wednesday.

Thursday to Saturday stays include a cooked breakfast in the main restaurant.

Dinner in the on site restaurant and wine tour package available to book. Please contact us for more details.. The package includes £300 for to spend in the restaurant and a vineyard tour for the four guests. Only available Thursday to Saturday night.
