You will love the sun drenched deck and the sound of the river flowing past the house.brOnly 10 minutes drive to Mt Buller National Park gates, the house has all you need for a winter snow getaway, or a summer hiking/fishing/mountain bike adventure. brEquipped with 4 very large bedrooms, all with their own ensuite, large living room with open fire, tennis court, games room with table tennis table, and under cover parking.brbrThe spacebrYou are welcomed into the house with a full expanse of North facing windows overlooking the Delatite River and mountains beyond. Entering from the driveway, there are no stairs to reach the upper living area of the house and the main bedroom and ensuite. Also for your convenience the laundry/drying room is located next to the front door to store all your skiing gear after a big day on the slopes. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need for cooking up a storm. brThe house is built to an exacting standard with solid hardwood floors, high ceilings and ducted heating and cooling to keep you comfortable in all seasons.brThere are 4 very large bedrooms, all with an ensuite. One Bedroom is located on the upper level of the house, and 3 on the lower level. brThe large deck spans the length of the house and is a great place to view the native wildlife and surrounding green hills. brThe house comes with a brand new Mod Grass tennis court and games room - stocked with tennis racquets, outdoor chairs, table tennis, quoits and hookey.brbrGuest accessbrYou will have full access to the house, tennis court and games room for your stay.brEntry to house is via key pad - code will be sent prior to your arrival.brbrOther things to notebrAll linen and towels will be provided
