There is a master upstairs with a full bathroom and a master downstairs along with a bunk room and full bathroom. The bunk room has 2 full-size beds and 2 twins. Once you stay here, you will want to come back again and again. It is definitely the best mountain view condo in the complex!!Please note, there is not a dining table area. There is a kitchen with barstools then table and chairs in closet to set up/pull out for more eating/seating along with living room seating also and tv trays if wanted in the closet.

Welcome to our “Cinema Condo”! After renting many places in Brian Head over several years, we purchased this unit and incorporated all the amenities we wanted into one fantastic vacation rental. Plus, we host a fun Cinema theme throughout, where you can test your movie knowledge and discover a variety of nostalgic film references in each room. brbrWe are in Giant Steps Building 1 on the first floor. This is the closest ski-in / ski-out residential building on the mountain. You literally walk down the hall and can be at the Giant Steps Express lift in under 3 minutes. (Yes, we timed it… and if you are visiting in the summer and not carrying skis/snowboards through snow, you can get there in less than a minute.) The Snow Tubing Park is halfway between the Cinema Condo and the Giant Steps Express lift (a good 20 -30 second walk from our door). An epic sledding hill for the kids is also right outside, so feel free to use the sleds on our porch. After an awesome time out on the slopes, take the “Shotgun” trail down the mountain and ski/board or mountain bike back to the doorsteps of our building.brbrAs you prepare your meals in our fully stocked kitchen, with an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, oven, and microwave - take turns playing the old-school Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) or Back to the Future monopoly with your friends and family. The Office Space working desk with a wall-attached monitor is also there if you need to get TPS reports or other work done during your stay.brbrEnjoy all your streaming platforms on our 4k TV while sitting by the fireplace... or explore the Owner's Movie Essentials selection of Blu-ray/DVDs curated by the owners (2 entertainment industry professionals). This is probably the only place on the mountain you can literally lay in ANY bed and watch the snowboarders and skiers hit the runs. With a full kitchen and stainless steel appliances, a bunk room loft and 2 masters (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) along with 2 full bathrooms both with jacuzzi tubs and full separate showers you cannot beat this newly remodeled beauty! Walk out on one of the 2 balconies for incredible panoramic views. Enjoy a snowmobile adventure or a fun day of tubing on the hills. There is a free shuttle across the street to get to the other side of the mountain if you want to change it up and ski there. We like this side and the main lifts. You are in walking distance to 3 restaurants , ski rentals, and a grocery store. Must see to fully appreciate this masterpiece! The mountain-facing wall of windows is uncovered so you look straight at the mountain. There are no homes/units in front of you anyway. Just enjoy what we do-waking up staring at an incredible mountain view! It’s beyond breathtaking!
