The well inside the house from which the apartment takes its name was once used to water animals and for farmers and their families. The old oven at the entrance, in a distant past, was the bakery where all the families from the neighboring countryside each went on Sundays to bake their own bread. In short, the ideal place to live and immerse yourself in true Tuscan culture, admire and appreciate Florence and its works of art as well as our countryside, with the olive trees and vineyards that give our good Chianti wine, but not only. You can reach the historic center of Florence, a Unesco heritage site conveniently in about 10 minutes by car and then return to appreciate the silence and serenity of our home in the evening.
