Bright and welcoming apartment in a central location.Strategically located just behind Piazza Duomo, it is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The apartment is in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants, and traditional shops. Situated on the third floor of a typical Florentine building without an elevator, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bright living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. br Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).brThe apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. brCheck-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.brbrService limitation:brAir conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.brThe temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.brPay attention to your house keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged 50 Euros for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100 € will be required; - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area. Parking is possible in a garage (for an additional fee) very close to the apartment or outside the city center (cheaper) and then reach the apartment by bus. Feel free to contact me to get information about the closest parking garage. HEATING RULES: according to Law n° 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season 2022-2023, the start-up period of the heating systems, for the Municipality of Florence, is allowed from November 8th to April 7th , for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
