This property had some issues. 1st with Internet password, Nothing at all in kitchen...not even a tea bag. Drawers in kitchen need to be labeled, Lighting is SO dim everywhere, no night stands with a reading lamp or end tables in livong room, Very noisy upstairs neighbors, no place to put soap or shampoo whike showering, no house notes with info on grocery stores or neighborhood. Could be SO much more user friendly. Space was clean, Apt. manager very delightful.

The place was very comfortable and the second bedroom was so great since we traveled with our daughter. Check in was too quick (and we were exhausted since we just flew in) so we didn’t know where some things were and couldn’t get the TV to work ( not a huge thing and if we’d contacted Paolo I’m sure he would have helped). We could have just used a bit more time getting familiar with the apartment. A few more soaps and toilet paper would have been helpful too but we just picked up some from a local market. Overall a great place with good location to everything.

Very clean, quiet, and secure apartment in Florence. Off a block from traffic circle. Nearby Carrefour, pharmacy, and super market. And the lauded Gabriele Vannucci Gelato shop is a stone's throw. 15 - 25 minute walk to St Maria cathedral, Accademia, Uffizi, Pontevecchio - so not in the hustle and bustle of tourist area, but very much within reach. Awesome place
