My family owns this apartment from the eighties, and we have enjoyed silence and coolness every summer. This flat have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two single beds; a living-room , a kitchen, a bathroom. You enter from the common garden with a two-ramp stair; another stair inside the flat lead to a storage room. A private parking lot is inside the garden, but you may also easily find a parking nearby. It takes 10 minutes on foot to reach the sea, but on summer there is a public bus service. Long walks are possible. brThe villa, with about 800 square meters of living space, was built around 1800 and has served the family as a summer and country residence ever since. At the front is a classic garden.
