Historic vacation fattoria with pool, built around 1800

The only hiccup was realising castiglioncello didn't have taxis readily available to get from train station to accommodation. Once we did arrive veronica was very welcoming and checked in during the week to see if we needed anything. We managed with out a car supermarket and station about 15 min walk with bars and restaurants along the way. Perhaps with younger children a car would be needed. The pool was the star of our stay.it is sharex with the b&b next door noone else used when we were there but the pool was so big it wouldnt have mattered, it was much appreciated as weather was 39degrees during our stay.

This was a perfect house in a super area. It was so spacious and had everything we need. It was great to be welcomed by the host who was incredibly helpful. The pool was wonderful too.

A charming property full of history. The pool and the surrounding space was a daily highlight - spacious, and well equipped with loungers and shade. The property also had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable, the kitchen supported lots of family meals and the outside space had a gas BBQ and memorable large round table under the canopy of the trees with their crickets/ cicadas. The shops are walking distance as is the seaside. A great relaxing family retreat. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week and enjoyed the pool very much. It was peacefull and the noice mostly came from the cicadas. We got all the help from the people at the place that we could ask for and more.

The House is Old and authentic - dont expect a New clean House. It has it’s charm with Old Doors and interior decorations. The Garden is private and comfortable and so is The pool. We enjoyed The stay at The House but do not recommend The coastline og Beach.

My family and I stayed one week at Fattoria in July 2019. We were very kindly welcomed. The apartment and the surroundings were incredibly exciting with many original details. We have never experienced such an exciting holiday home and such a beautiful garden. Very nice opportunity to eat out in the garden under the big trees. The apartment was very clean and neat and there was everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and worked fine for children aged 7 and 12. We already dream of returning. Family of 4 from Denmark

We spend 1 week at the Fattoria and really enjoyed our time in the villa. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy family time 'this is the place'. The pool is soo big you don't want to leave the house. Castiglioncello is a Nice little village with old villa's and an excellent starting point to visit for example Pisa or Lucca. Susanna was our host and she did everything to make us feel comfortable. I would certainly recommand this villa to friends and family.

What I should say: almost everything was perfect! The huge apartment, the beautiful garden spending hours during lunch, dinner and listening the voice of the nature. The marvellous hours spending at the big pool. You find verything what you need, if it's a candle, an umbrella, any implements in the kitchen - there is really no want for anything - including the WLAN (for our kids) We enjoyed our two weeks stay and sure, we will come back. Thank you!!!

Whaaauuw, that's the first word that I can think of when we arrived at Fattoria le Case Nuove in Castilglioncello. What a stunning property! We were completely amazed and had a great time. We hardly wanted to leave the house and big swimmingpool :-)...we did some shopping for diner and had great evenings in the garden with the BBQ. No rush, relaxed all the time and appriciated all the beautifull things around us. Our 6 year old son had also a great time and that is important for us! Also the old town is very, very beautifull and nice to go to. The beach Vada only 5 min ride we loved because of it's white sand and blue water. Looked like the carribean :-). We even did some kitesurfing at that beach. Suzanne was a great host. We could ask her anything. The first night there was a big thunderstorm and all powersupplies failed after that. We managed to fix it but Wifi/modem did't work anymore after the thunder. 2 days later Suzanne brought a new modem. Also the owner gave us correct and good information before arriving at the Fattoria. Great hospitality! We are really thinking of coming back again. Best Regards from Holland
