Nowadays it is disused but it is certainly worth taking a stroll past during your stay here.The village of Dale is a 2 mile drive or 4 mile cliff hike, with its waterside pub, The Griffin, which is a great refreshment, stop on your walks for a well deserved pint and pub lunch, this sheltered harbour and beach attracts visitors all year round and is popular with water sport enthusiasts and sailors. There is also a hire centre, cafe and yacht club restaurant to try. There are a number of fabulous beaches nearby including Watwick Bay, Marloes Sands and Musslewick.
