A decked balcony wraps around this spacious house and leads into the fitted kitchen/diner.Renovated and comfortably furnished throughout with warming Melin Tregwynt touches, nearly every room offers wonderful views over the water. The master ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor has French doors opening to the balcony, enjoy leisurely lie-ins as you gaze at the ever changing waterway. The large sitting room with wooden floor and vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling glass in the gable is a wonderful room for family time. French doors lead out to the paved terrace where you can dine alfresco as you admire the stunning sunsets over the water.
