Sunny 5bd house in Frankton close to shops - amazing views!

This 5 bed, 2 bath, 2 storey house is located 15 minutes walk to Queenstown Airport, and 5 minutes walk to Remarkables Town Centre (local shops). The house is spacious, quiet and sunny, set over two floors and can sleep 8 people comfortably. It is perfect for two families holidaying together. Good indoor/outdoor flow, with a BBQ in the backyard, a trampoline, monkey bars and swings for the kids and an enclosed, sunny yard with heaps of room for outdoor dining.brThe house has 5 bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, two with a single bed, and one with one or two single, depending on numbers. It has a combined dining/lounge area which opens onto the kitchen which has a large walk-in pantry/scullery. Although we have fibre broadband and a (small-ish) TV with Netflix etc, it is a low-fi house, with lots of books and games and a log burner if necessary.brThe bedrooms are all spacious and light. Two of the kids' rooms have climbing walls with a 3m height. One is commonly used as a study, as shown in the pic, but will have one or two single beds added if people required space for a 7th/8th person. The upstairs rooms are very bright, with an exceptionally large master bedroom with skylights plus other windows. All upstairs rooms have lovely views out to the many mountain ranges that surround the Wakatipu Basin. The two upstairs rooms share a bathroom, with shower and toilet. The downstairs Queen room has a fab view out to The Remarks mountain range. The study/bedroom is very private, large and extremely sunny, looking out onto the private and enclosed back garden. The two downstairs rooms share a bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a toilet downstairs.brThe property opens onto a large reserve at the rear, which has the Queenstown Trail running through it (a two minute walk away). This trail links to central Queenstown and the wider Wakatipu Basin, which means you can easily ride anywhere, on trail, avoiding roads. The lake and Kawarau River is also accessible on foot from the house.brWe're located about 12 minutes walk from Queenstown Airport and 5 minutes walk to Remarks Town Centre where you can catch a bus into Queenstown (costs $2, runs every 15 mins 6am - midnight). There are shops and a highend supermarket located at Remarks Town Centre.

Close enough to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your apartment. The apartment is also just a short 2 minute walk along the lake front to the famous Boat Shed cafe serving breakfast & dinner as well as Altitude brewery, a great place to chill out and try a wide variety of local beers and ciders, many of which are brewed on site. brbrWe prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment.
