Stayed Sep 22, 2023Host was just lovely, even allowed us to drop of baggage early and carried it up the stairs for us. Property presented beautifully with hot soup and bread waiting for us on arrival. Views are amazing, and despite being in a business area, was still quiet and peaceful.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This place was absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Everything we needed was there and the host even had a vegetable soup waiting for us when we arrived. I really appreciated the information and history on some of the items that were in the apartment. The view from the balcony/deck was stunning. Beds were great. I would love to stay there again.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025John and Ann are wonderful hosts. Communication was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and very private and quiet even though it is situated in a business park. The view overlooking the Shotover and mountains is stunning - we sat outside a lot. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Hot soup waiting for us when we arrived late was so very welcome. Couldn't have asked for anything more - would rate higher if I could. Added bonus - Arctic Kitchen cafe just a few steps away.

Stayed Jan 27, 2025Stayed one night - 3 adults. Excellent communication prior to arrival. A wonderful welcome of delicious soup and bread ). Apartment was very well stocked and everything you might need is handy. Really enjoyed the view from the bedroom - what a treat to wake up to! Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Queenstown area.

Stayed Nov 16, 2023We had a great stay at John and Ann’s apartment in Frankton. It is in an interesting location great for exploring Queenstown and environs. Tis in a business park cleverly using second floor for living spaces- and surprisingly beautiful/ calm space/ views from the large back patio. Comfortable living room, bedrooms and great kitchen, and laundry. Short walk to grocery, pub, shops. Clear instructions, very timely communication, welcoming and nice local family history in pictures etc! Would happily return if back in the area!
