4 minutes to PW MERC

The house was cleaned, but the furniture was very well worn and needs to be replaced. It said it could sleep 6 but there were sonly 4 chairs for the dining room and 4 places to sit in living room if 3 people crunched up together on the sagging sofa. Neighbors let their dog out at 4:30a.m. to bark continuously for a couple of hours. I sent owner messaging using VRBO because he told me that is how he wanted to be contacted, because we could not get into WiFi...his usernames didn't match. Owner never contacted us back so never got onto WiFi. The upstair floors creaked so loudly it woke up the others in the house. No curtains on the backside of the house so the sun streamed in to blind you if you sat on the sofa.

We had a wonderful time in Pawhuska and this location was perfect for our family. The house is very cozy and clean and close to everything!

All bed rooms are upstairs. We are in our 80’s.

This home was wonderful, we couldn’t have had it nicer. It was so homey and cosy; never want to stay in a typical hotel, again. Would highly recommend this home and the very nice, professional manager of the property; thank you Marick!

Great place; great hosts

Excellent location for a Pioneer Woman Weekend Loved having the extra towels and bathroom amenities. Plenty of space for a group of 6. Could use more seating in the den/living room/ dining room area, plenty of space. Mattresses sufficient for a short stay.

We did a girls trip with 5 gals and we had such a great time staying there. Super close to the mercantile. Would definitely rent again

This location was lovely. As advertised, it is a short distance from The Mercantile. Easy access to Pawhuska and surrounding areas. The house was neat, clean and wonderfully decorated. The host was gracious when we needed to communicate for access information. A constructive comment would be to add an outlet in the second bathroom. If it was there, we didn't find it. Otherwise the house was great and we enjoyed our time there. Thanks!!

The property was as advertised,clean,roomy,nice backyard.Six adults stayed there 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was advertised 3 bedrooms and 2 baths...but the downstairs was only a 1/2 bath. But we made it work.

the property was clean and quiet. Comfortable indoors and good decor. Enjoyed our stay and would return. The key lock was difficult to open , had to use my pocket knife to leverage it open.

Close to downtown Pawhuska. Perfect for a girls weekend.

Great place, very squeaky floors , bathtub didn’t work to well, great room space, bathroom was set perfect. Kinda hard to figure out the lock since the page says lock box and key. There is no lock box and key . There is a keycode that unlocks the door. But you look around for a lock box which is on the garage. Again no lock box on door.

We needed a place to sleep for one night and this met our minimum requirements. Very little communication with the host before, during or after. The instructions to get the key were completely wrong, but we figured it out. The wi-fi instructions were incorrect and we couldn't access it at all. The TV upstairs was not able to to use the channels available on the downstairs TV, so no Hulu, Netflix, etc. The upstairs bathroom sinks had excessive mineral buildup in them which was kind of gross. We wouldnt stay there again.

This was a wonderful place for us. We were in town working and it was a great location! Thanks for having such an awesome place

The WiFi password on the welcome page is wrong and I think it said it will sleep 6 so we need more then 5 rags to bath with since there’s no washer and dryer. The instructions to get into the house is incorrect as well

Good location,

The carpet was nasty and there was a huge rodent turd in my bedroom and a pet pee stain on the carpet. Some rooms were dusty and the shower bathtub was gross and didn’t work the best.

Perfect location and accommodations! Clean just what three sisters needed! It wasn’t clear that all the bedrooms are on the upstairs but the older sisters did just fine! Thank you so much! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The property was exactly as advertised, clean, close to downtown shopping and restaurants. We were disappointed not to be able to access the internet using info posted in house. Host did not repond to message requesting updated login info.

The property was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We enjoyed one evening on the back patio and appreciated the added privacy with the fencing and shade trees.

The property owner was super nice however we discovered bed bugs and had to check out early. I was refunded for the nights that I didn’t stay.

The house was clean and comfortable. Everyone in my part reporting sleeping comfortably. The check in process was confusing as there is not a lock box as stated in the check in instructions. It is a keypad on the door. We were also asked to throw the trash away in the blue trash bin located outside but it was missing as well. Overall, I would stay again.

Very nice stay for one night... everything was great from availability of hot water to entry into house. Upstairs floor a little creaky, but not that bad (It let you know if the kids got out of bed for some reason, Ha!)Thank y'all!

Arrived at rental. Was told it had been double booked and could not stay. I rented two months earlier. Very disappointed. Communicate awful

Nice sized place for the price, very clean!

Lovely place, very welcoming. Comfortable beds, and clean. Felt like home. Highly recommend!
