Kitchen has a gas range as well as a very stocked spice cabinet and all the cooking basics you could need (sugar, flour, oils, etc.)brTake a step outside to our wonderful outdoor retreat with tiki bar, fire pit, gas grill, blackstone and 3 covered seating areas. In the fenced yard we have Corn hole and Washers for your entertainment. We also have games and cards to play for entertainment and for the kids to enjoy. There is also covered parking for your cars or boat. There is two gas fireplaces in the house.brSwim in the sandy bottom part of the lake. Or just take a fun ride to the lake. There is some amazing fishing to be done.brWe are only about a half mile to hwy 9 landing (recreational area)brWhich also has a beach and playground. We are also only about a 5 min ride to Jellystone Park which has water slides and water activitiesbrRent or bring your own watercraft. Amazing Place PerfectbrWalk out past the firepit & down to the sandy beach. Yes!! The lake & sandy beach are in your back yard!! The Boat ramp is approximately 1 mile from the lake house. There is so much to do including building sandcastles, build a fire outside, and watch the beautiful views. Obstacle course added for kids with swing and small zipline!! For an additional fee you can store your boat, RV, or have access to a few of our toys (kayaks, water trampoline, lily pad, blow up paddle boards, and beach chairs) located in the barn onsite. brbrWe know you will enjoy gathering with family and friends in the open concept living room. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, a full set of ceramic plates, outdoor plastic dishes for great meals plus lots of space to cook on a large island with bar stools. We are super excited about all our new appliances. Brand new (2023) Jenn Air gas cooktop, Samsung Wi-Fi enables microwave oven, dishwasher, and Smart refrigerator. Walk outside to cook on the propane grill and eat watching the sunset at the table or enjoy the view from the newly installed hot tub.brbrThere are three bedrooms on the first floor. With brand new AC/Heat system. The first bedroom has a KING bed with a rolling crib. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed. The third bedroom has a FULL over FULL bunk bed with a TWIN trundle. Upstairs offers a spacious loft with a QUEEN sleeper sofa. Roll out the ping pong table when you are ready to play. There is an upstairs bathroom with jetted tub, separate stand-up shower and laundry room with washer and dryer.brbrWhen staying at our retreat you will have loads of fun on the sandy beach, in the hot tub, fishing in the private pond, sitting by the firepit, grilling outside and watching the spectacular sunsets over the lake. We also added a small obstacle course (with little zip line for kids 3-15) & swing outside for kids to enjoy. As our guests have said, “Don’t wait, just book” this “hidden gem!”brbrBut if you want to sneak away to the casino, Creek Nation Casino, is only 25 minutes away. The Fountain Head Creek Golf course is a quick 17 minutes away and right next to Fountain Head Air Lodge Air Park if you have a private plane needing an airstrip. During the summer the kids can enjoy Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park (waterpark on the lake as shown in the pictures) which is just 25 minutes away. Lake Eufaula State Park is 20 minutes to the West with hiking, mountain bike trails, horseback riding and fishing.brbrParking is onsite next to the house. brbrWe may check in with guests via email or text, but are otherwise available when needed for questions or maintenance issues. There are cameras outdoors onsite to monitor when home is empty, and watch for uninvited guests as home is water front. brbrYou will need a car or ATV to get around the neighborhood and Lake. Whether it’s rest, family fun, or water adventures, Lakefire Cabin is the perfect escape. This updated cabin is a perfect place for families to gather to make memories on Lake Eufaula. There is plenty of room to bring a boat in the circular driveway. You’ll have access to the whole cabin. There is a storage building on site, but it remains locked and inaccessible. We live in OKC, so we are two hours from the cabin. If an emergency happens, we can get there or contact someone local to help you. Please do not hesitate to message us. This neighborhood is so quiet. Most people are full-time residents and take pride in their space and enjoy their quiet neighborhood. LakeFire Cabin has a small circular driveway with plenty of space for two cars and a boat. As you view the pictures, please note the incline of the stairs. Children will need to be supervised and everyone should be careful. Also, due to the true a-frame structure design, doors will not fit. Curtains are provided for privacy.

One of the bedrooms is the bunk room, offering a large TV and ample space for watching a movie after a day on the lake. It has 2 full-size beds (bottom) and 2 twin-size beds (top) as well as a futon that makes into a full-size bed. The third full bathroom is accessible from the bunk room. This bathroom is also the location of the washer and dryer, which can be accessed through the kitchen as well; perfect for not disturbing the kids in the bunk room! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in each bathroom, along with soft fluffy towels. Our kitchen has all of the essentials you would need to cook all of your meals and utensils to enjoy them. We have a large refrigerator and freezer, complete with water and ice, so you can plan your grocery shopping accordingly. The living room has a very large reclining sectional, great for relaxing while streaming your favorite show using our free WIFI. The house sits on a very large lot giving plenty of room for kiddos to run and play or your furry friends to play some fetch. Being so close to Nichols Point we think our place would be great for those visiting for a fishing tournament.
