We also host a lot of church, school, scout, and work trips.brFirefly has a regular living area and fully set up kitchen and laundry room.brRiverhawk has two identical double baths with two shower stalls and two water closets and a washer and dryer in each. It has an open living area and dining area separated by a wood burning rock fireplace. The kitchen is set up for groups with two fridges, two stoves, two microwaves, and a dishwasher and ice maker.brWe're just a quick one minute walk from Tippa Canoe’s lower float take out if you'd like to float the Mountain Fork on your trip to Broken Bow! Or you can decide to just chill at the cabins that have a boat ramp (river is only suited for jet prop aluminum boats) that leads to the perfect swimming hole for all ages. And it's all yours! brbrRULES: Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states you won’t sue us and the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t pay it. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!brbrStay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!brbrNestled in a forested region within a tropical climate zone, it is uncommon but possible to encounter wildlife such as snakes, lizards, mice, or other animals, along with various insects, including ants, honeybees, beetles, and roaches, among others, on the property.brbrPlease note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
