We gladly welcome furry friends, with a limit of two per stay. A non-refundable fee of $50 applies. We are thrilled to accommodate your companions!

Additional Amenities:
Your comfort is our top priority! We provide a variety of complimentary household essentials to make your stay as convenient as possible. These include paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, laundry pods, coffee (ground and pods), coffee filters, and a selection of salt, pepper, and spices. The GetAway has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, towels, and linens.

✔️Cabin Policies:
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

No Smoking or vaping inside the cabin. No Fireworks Permitted No Parties

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure, assuming there are no damages or missing items. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved API-integrated third-party service (via email), which we will also use for communication outside the Airbnb platform through both emails and messages.

Welcome to the wasp season from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Nestled in a forested region within a tropical climate zone, it is uncommon but possible to encounter wildlife such as snakes, lizards, mice, or other animals, along with various insects, including ants, honeybees, beetles, and roaches, among others, on the property.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
