Within walking distance of several restaurants here in Hochatown. A newly converted garage to game room with doors that still open up to the outdoors, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay! No heat/air to the outdoor game room. brbrA no pet cabin that sleeps 16 with 3 king bedrooms, and upstairs in the loft is another king bed, and a full futon sofa sleeper. The bunkroom has 2 bunks, queens on bottom and twins on top. There are two and a half bathrooms. A separate garage recently converted to a game room houses the pool table, ping pong table, game tables, a tv and microwave with seating. brbrThe retro kitchen is fun to cook in, and is already fully stocked with everything you need for creating meals at your cabin; utensils and bowls, pots and pans, bakeware, tableware, silverware, cups and glasses. brbrOn the back deck are a new propane grill and the large hot tub ready for some awesome hot tubbing, open to the trees and sky. And just down the steps and into the back yard is a fire ring with seating for amazing starry evenings. A horse shoe pit is in the back yard as well.brSeveral restaurants are less than half a mile away.brbr(If you think you might cancel last minute, I recommend looking into cancellation insurance or trip protection.)

So with 6 beds, this cabin makes it comfortable 12 to enjoy plenty of luxury and space during their stay. (No sleeper sofas or cramming people into inadequate spaces like a lot of other rentals in the area often do) We also elected NOT to put bunk beds at this property, so as to better accommodate those groups who travel with older teenagers, college students or adults and the layout is perfect for church or corporate retreats where you may want to bring an all-adult group!brbrThe Living spaces at this cabin are all roomy and well-appointed with modern furnishings and design. The towering windows allow for a fabulous view from inside when it's hot or cold. You really never have to leave the living room, sunroom or hot tub to enjoy total nature!! This home is a beautifully appointed, creek side property right in the heart of Hochatown. It's got a cozy vibe with urban and rustic warmth. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 updated and spacious bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, and much more. Kids❤️the bunkroom with a DOOR to keep the noise upstairs. This cabin will sleep up to 10 (8 adults comfortably) and is NOT operated by a big management company in town. That means you can ACTUALLY reach us. It is a privately run cabin with NO EXTRA RESORT FEES. We are personally available for any of your questions or requests during your stay. Our custom built cabin is nestled under towering pine trees in one of the most desirable neighborhoods within walking distance to restaurants. The lake and all activities are very close, but it feels like you are miles away from it too. A true hidden gem. The photos just do not show how luxurious and beautiful this cabin will be when you walk in the door. You will spend lots of time gathered on the back porch for meals, hanging out in the hot tub with a treetop views or just enjoying the cozy indoor fireplace with easy electric start!brbrOur newest amenity! For you techy travelers we have a 240v Nema 14-50 outlet available to charge your Tesla or other EV vehicles. Just bring your mobile connector and get charged up for free! No Charge for use. Pets are definitely allowed, however we need to know ahead of time so your pet can be approved. There is a $75 per pet fee for lodging. We are very much dog people, so feel free to ask us about any pet, breed, or number you may want to bring. brbrWe have a Security Company that is always in the area on patrol and they have installed exterior only cameras monitoring the front and rear doors. No cameras are located inside the cabin. brbrIn addition to the VRBO rules/policies, we additionally have a standard rental agreement required for guests to sign. It has other rules like you can't cut down our trees, ride around the property on ATVs, or shoot fireworks. Seems silly, but literally some have requested such permissions, so we must protect our property with additional rules such as these with a signed contract. We do this and request a copy of the renter's drivers license to set up the insurance we provide. It is all quick and easy then you are on your way to total relaxation! The signed rental agreement and ID are required at the time of booking. Must be completed and returned within 48 hours. Failure to complete could result in the booking being canceled.
