The kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to big family dinners. With professional-grade appliances, a double oven, glass-top range, and a roomy island, it’s easy to cook, snack, and visit all at once—while the designer-selected tile and finishes keep it looking polished.

With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (sleeping up to 17 guests across 3,775 sq. ft.), Whippoorwill Creek is ideal for multi-family trips, friend getaways, and celebrations. Enjoy the comfort of three main-level King Suites, each with a private ensuite and tiled walk-in shower—perfect for couples who want a little extra privacy. Upstairs, you’ll find a fourth King Suite plus a dedicated Bunk Room with 4 four full-size bunks and 3 twin beds (Sleeps 11) and its own full ensuite—made for kids, teens, and the “let’s stay up late” crew. The full-size bunks work for adults or children.

Game Nights & Balcony Breaks

When you’re not outside, the second-story Entertainment Loft keeps the fun going with a billiards table, foosball, dual arcade consoles, and bar seating. Step out onto the private covered balcony for a quiet breather and fresh air.
