Beautiful large trec deck that wraps around the back of the home and is shared with other side. Patios are private. Very nice view from the deck into the cove and down to the boat dock. Deep cove with fishing from the lighted dock. Gas grill on the deck with plenty of lounging and eating spaces. If both sides are rented dock is shared by both tenants. Doesn't happen often just letting you know that it could be a possibility. Safe comfortable neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife. Deer are everywhere!!
