We loved this house. A few things could have made it better. The upstairs temperature is a big difference from down. It's hot up there. And parking was a chore. Driveway is VERY steep so definitely had to drop the boat the second we got there on the ramp which is not up to par. (ramp is not the home owners problem) Overall we enjoyed our time there & would recommend!!

Great house on Grand Lake. Beautiful deck, beautiful house. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice duplex located in a quite cove with quick access to the main lake. It’s set up perfect for six people. Everything worked and It has cold A/C.

For a great place with everything you need, look no further! This place was updated with everything you need inside and out! Linens, towels, pots and pans, Internet, TV, games, and more. My family rented this property for Memorial Day weekend and met our friends with their family for a long weekend, so we had 4 adults and 4 kids. The master downstairs was big enough for a pack and play and a small blow-up mattress for our two little ones. Upstairs had large bunk beds for two more bigger kids and another bedroom for two adults. Plenty of space! We spent most of our time outdoors on the large well-appointed deck with plenty of table space, chairs and loungers. The owners answered a ton of my questions before the trip and were so nice! The dock is a short flight of stairs down from the deck and you can swim or float right off the dock. We rented a jet ski from H2O nearby and it was super easy to get to our dock from the lake. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carter family!

Thank you for sharing your place! This is a great location, very convenient, and we had more than enough space for our group. There are plenty of places for parking. We had 3 vehicles on one day, and there was plenty of parking space, with an open place for another vehicle if necessary. The bedrooms, kitchen/ living area, and deck were all very well furnished and had all amenities we needed. We all slept well and had comfortable beds and furniture to relax on. The ice maker and coffee bar were wonderful perks, and the ability to use the dock was also very convenient for us! Thank you! Lori

This is by far the best property my family and I have stayed on at Grand Lake. The convenience, cleanliness, beautiful views and fantastic owners make it a #1 property. My husband and I will not stay anywhere else! The home accommodates plenty of people, the dock is fantastic for your boat needs and the outside deck is VERY enjoyable to create memories on with the surround sound, beautiful view of the water and the luxury patio furniture. Beds are comfortable, house is very updated and nice and very well taken care of. Craig and Kim are fantastic in answering any questions you have and they do a great job making sure you are completely accommodated and satisfied. We arrived and the home was spotless smelled great and had all new updates. The home is well equipped with everything you need. It is a great space for entertaining. We loved the deck and access to the boat dock. We fished and swam from the dock our boys loved it. The access roads and driveway is all paved and there are spaces to park above and below the road, which made it great as it poured rain one day during our stay. Easy access to all things related to the lake. Highly recommend!
