You will have tenants below you. Please be a good neighbor and be mindful of your noise level and respect quite hours, as we have advised them of the same. You may, at times, hear the tenants below you. We have installed cork underlayment to the flooring and extra insulation around the heat ducts to assist with noise control.brCameras are installed on the outside of the house only. Cameras are on each of the doors – one on the front door, one on the side door and one that covers both the back door and basement door. Cameras are in place for security. Note that we can see if more than the disclosed amount of people arrives for your stay.
