Stayed May 24, 2026We booked our trip very last minute (48 hours before we needed to check-in), so I was concerned about check-in, etc. but the host was very communicative and responsive in the two days leading up to our stay. We were also able to request an early check-in time, but had to wait about 20 minutes to get the keys after arriving at the building. The security guard at the entrance of the building was super helpful showing us where to pick up our keys as well. The apartment was very clean, everything looked almost brand new! Only suggestion would be to have curtains installed in the kitchen/living area. Location was amazing! We were walking distance from so many restaurants and bars, so lots of options to choose from during our short stay. We were also able to walk to Rocket Arena, and it was a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Would recommend and stay here again!

Stayed May 17, 2026The place is great in all aspects- the building is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the loft itself is clean, spacious, and modern. The place has two big bedrooms and closets, two big bathrooms, and a clean living area with a full kitchen. There was a ton of space. The only issues I had were with the keys during checkout - I needed an 8-digit code vs the 6-digit one I was provided with. I commend the property managers with being available by call at 4:50am to address this unanticipated issue. Overall, communication with the host was excellent. I'd highly recommend this property.

Stayed May 7, 2026The place was beautiful. The building was very vintage and fun, while the space was modern and clean. Communication was excellent and very straight forward. The video showing exactly how to retrieve the keys is very helpful. If you’re planning on cooking I would bring dishes (there is a few small pots). While our stay was amazing with friends I don’t know how family friendly this place would be since they are very strict on the noise policy.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025We tried to contact host before we got there and they didn't reply back so when we got there we ended up waiting outside in the cold for 2 an ma half hrs due to the host not giving us the 6 digit code needed to enter the building,elevator, and room. We attempted to contact again and nothing. Finally after waiting all those hrs they finally sent the code. When we got to the room there wad multiple problems like not enough dishes, pots and pans and there was coffee and filters but no coffee maker. There was a blind that didnt roll up, and a hole in the second bathroom which we took pictures of everything. All in all a terrible experience. I dont know how you (VRBO) could let a host like that on your site, i paid for relaxation and comfort and didn't get any of that. Ill be expecting compensation and a response from you soon. Thank you

Stayed Nov 14, 2025The place was great, but entry was a nightmare. Communication dropped off when I confirmed an early arrival time, then upon arrival there was little assistance in checking in. When we did finally receive the lockbox instructions, there were no keys to enter the unit. The entire process for getting into our unit after arriving was a little over an hour. Once inside, things were great.
