I hope my property will be the start of an enjoyable stay weather it's for work or pleasure. It has been thoroughly furnished with comfort in mind.brbrMy property sleeps up to 4 people comfortably ( One double bedroom and one large master bedroom with two single beds). It is located less than 1 mile from Blyth town centre and 15 miles from Newcastle City Centre. Both have strong road and bus links from the property.brbrGround FloorbrbrEntrance of the property leads to the main living area with comfortable sofa's and a large modern TV. This room leads to the kitchen and breakfast bar area at the rear of the property. There is a small utility area with a washing machine that leads to the main bathroom at the rear of the property.brbrOutside spacebrbrThe back yard is accessible from the ground floor. There is a door in the utility area. The bins are located in the backyard.brbrFirst FloorbrbrThe staircase is accessible from the porch area at just inside the front door. This will lead to a small landing area which gives access to both bedrooms. At the front of the property is a large master bedroom that contains two single beds and has storage space for clothes. The second bedroom contains a double bed.brbrParking is On street only but is FREE.brbrGuest accessbrGuests will have access to the entire property. I won't be around to greet you when you arrive, however my property management company have a 24/7 guest support team on hand to help you if needed. Access to the property is via self check in through the use of a key safe. Information will be sent to you in order to check into the property smoothly closer to your arrival date.brbrOther things to notebrWHO IS PASS THE KEYSbrPass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.brThe property is professionally maintained and cleaned.
