The contemporary kitchen and dining area is designed for effortless family living, equipped with all the essentials including a coffee machine, dishwasher, double-drawer air fryer, washer, and dryer. Enjoy home-cooked meals together before opening the bi-fold doors to your own private, enclosed garden - complete with comfortable outdoor seating and dining space, perfect for relaxing in the fresh coastal air.



With three beautifully appointed bedrooms, South Beach House comfortably sleeps six guests. The accommodation includes a spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite, a cosy twin room ideal for families, and a second elegant king bedroom. A modern family bathroom offers a bath, shower, and toilet, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Parking is effortless, with space for two cars at the front of the property and additional on-street parking directly outside. An EV charger is also available for guests for a small additional fee - simply let us know if you require access during your stay.

You can walk to South Beach in approx. 7 minutes or enjoy nearby attractions, including Whitley Bay & Tynemouth. Alternatively go further afield & visit Newcastle City Centre, or visit the historic places such as Warkworth, Alnwick or Bamburgh Castles. Or take in Holy Island, Lindisfarne or the harbours of Amble or Seahouses.
