The flat is located in a very well-kept two-family house on the first floor and is equipped with all the comforts that a discerning guest expects. It has a separate entrance. It is flooded with sunlight, bright, modern, very lovingly and cosily designed. With its 84 square metres, it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms with a single bed and a sofa bed. Facilities: Our flat is in very good condition. It has a living room with large windows and a view of our forest. A cosy couch, an armchair, a fireplace, as well as a LED flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and a music system with MP3, are of course part of our equipment. In the kitchen there is a dining area with a wonderful view of the Harz forest. The kitchen has a cooker with induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and of course a coffee machine, a Senseo pod machine, toaster, kettle and crockery. The bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed (1.80m), a large wardrobe with safe and a dumb waiter. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a double washbasin, a towel dryer and a wall-mounted toilet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90cm), an additional sofa bed and a chest of drawers. Linen hire is also possible and can be booked on request. Tea towels and table linen are provided free of charge. W-Lan and a safe are also part of the equipment and are free of charge.brFor our rail travellers there is the possibility to be picked up, but unfortunately this is not always possible.brbrThe holiday flat is easily accessible by car and is located in a very quiet part of Bad Harzburg.
