Our holiday flat is located in a lovingly restored, listed villa on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg (quiet location) below the Elfenstein.

There is a spacious usable garden with seating area and barbecue area

The furnishings are rustic and in good condition. The apartment has a comfortable box-spring bed with a lying surface of 1.60x2m, a kitchenette and a cosy dining area. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a storage room. Each flat has a covered parking space directly in front of the house. There is a key box in this carport with the number 9. Before arrival you will receive a six-digit code to open the box, and in the communal cellar there is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a lockable bicycle cellar. On the 1st floor there is a communal balcony (south-facing) with seating and parasol. A barbecue is available and can be used.

The Bad Harzburg Golf Club, the famous Café Winuwuk and the game reserve are in the immediate vicinity. Also within walking distance (approx. 3 km) are the Harzburger Sole-Therme, the swimming pool, the cable car to the Burgberg and other attractions for the whole family.

Particularly noteworthy is the unique panoramic view from the living room window and from the garden over the Harz foreland.the flat is particularly suitable for young families and active couples. Hiking enthusiasts can start marvellous tours through the Harz mountains directly from the house, mountain bikers can conquer the Harz mountains and golfers can put their skills to the test on a wonderful 18-hole course in just a few minutes. Winter sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. Alpine enthusiasts can reach the first lifts and cross-country skiers numerous trails in just a few minutes by car - in good snow conditions, winter sports are even possible in Bad Harzburg.
