Our holiday flat is located in a lovingly restored, listed villa on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg (quiet location) below the Elfenstein.

The furnishings are rustic and in good condition. The apartment has a sofa (fold-out sofa bed with a lying area of 1.40x2m), a kitchenette and a cosy dining area. There is a bathroomwith shower and WC and a separate bedroom with a comfortable 1.60x2m box-spring bed. Each flat has a covered car park directly in front of the house. There is a key box in this carport with the number 10. Before arrival you will receive a six-digit code to open the box and in the communal cellar there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a lockable bicycle cellar. Next to the entrance door on the 1st floor there is a communal balcony (south-facing) with seating and parasol. A barbecue is available and can be used.
