There is a bathroomwith shower and WC and a separate bedroom with a comfortable 1.60x2m box-spring bed. Each flat has a covered car park directly in front of the house. There is a key box in this carport with the number 10. Before arrival you will receive a six-digit code to open the box and in the communal cellar there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a lockable bicycle cellar. Next to the entrance door on the 1st floor there is a communal balcony (south-facing) with seating and parasol. A barbecue is available and can be used.
