The home has been newly renovated and is the perfect destination for your next family getaway.br brHygge House has 4 large bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. While the property can accommodate br family groups of up to 10 including children it is only suitable for a maximum of 8 adults. The sunny master bedroom has a King size bed and its own ensuite. There is also a King bed in the second bedroom which can reconfigure to 2 King singles, a Queen in the third and two sets of bunks in the 4th bedroom.br brThe open plan living area has a slow combustion wood fire and the fully equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso coffee machine has everything you will need for preparing family meals together.br brPlease note that while the property does have a TV there is no free to air TV reception available. Complimentary DVD's are provided and guests can also plug their own devices into the TV.brbrThe property has verandas front and back so there is always a spot to enjoy peaceful moments while taking in the view of the surrounding mountains. The wildlife is abundant and many species of birds can be spotted. The rear deck has an outdoor setting perfect for alfresco dining and there is also a portable gas BBQ.br brHygge House is located on an acre of level lawns and gardens so there is plenty of room for the kids to play and explore. The property is located on a quiet street surrounded by other large properties so has a rural feel ,yet is conveniently located on the outskirts of Kangaroo Valley village.br brThe town centre is just a 2 minute drive away (or 20 minute walk) and it is only a 5 minute walk to the historic Hampden Bridge and Kangaroo River which is a great place to cool off in Summer. Bring your own bikes or scooters for the kids as another transport option into the village and just over Hampden bridge is the KV pump track.br brPlease note that this property is located in a semi rural/residential area with other properties in the vicinity. We cater for family groups and have a strict no party policy. The main bathroom also has a freestanding bath ensuring that no guest will miss out on a relaxing hot bath after a day of exploring Kangaroo Valley.brbrThe home is surrounded by a large level cleared area that it often frequented by local wildlife including wombats and Kangaroos. It is also a great spot for kids to run around or kick a ball.
