The Folk House is located about 6 miles from the Plaza in the beautiful village of Tesuque. Tucked away in the hills near the Santa Fe Opera, it is a truly unique and charming property which features two other available guest houses and small chapel. The house is cozy and inviting with plenty to look at. Through the front gate is a lovely fenced front yard with a built-in banco, and tables and chairs for relaxing oudoors. When you enter the front door, you`ll find the cozy living room with plenty of seating. Please note the fireplace is not available due to an issue with the liner. Use of the fireplace could result in house fire. brbrOff of the living room is the bedroom with a comfortable reading chair and large closet. The bathroom connects to the bedroom and has a beautifully tiled combined bath and shower. The kitchen has the same charm with a brightly colored floor and copper counter tops with plenty of space and equipment to prepare your meals. There is a small table and chairs located in the kitchen with a larger table available in the living room. As you head towards the back door you`ll find the laundry room with full washer and dryer. The back portal features a built-in banco and table and chairs overlooking a beautiful lawn.brbrThere is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy located around the property. Just a quick walk up a path and you`ll arrive at the large lawn which surrounds a small private chapel. Settle in under the large apricot tree or relax on the hammock nearby.
