El Prado is a prized location, and we are aware that over the next year or so another 6 homes will be built further up the hill. Given large lot sizes, we don’t expect significant noise. But guests will see and hear construction during daytime hours. Based on our experience, the builder and his team are extremely professional. brbr- While we employ a preventative pest control service, the property is surrounded by natural sagebrush that many critters call home, including rodents, snakes, and coyotes. brbr- Like many homes in northern New Mexico, we enjoy radiant heat but do not have air conditioning. For those rare hot days, each bedroom and the living room are furnished with high quality Minka Aire ceiling fans to keep guests cool and relaxed.brbr- Please note that our cleaning fee is “pass through”, meaning the entire sum is “passed on” to our amazing cleaning crew to support high quality work and a living wage.
