Off the other side of the great room are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. A second full bath is located on this side, as well. Upstairs you’ll find the open loft area with two additional queen beds and a twin bed. Off this space is the master bedroom and bathroom boasting class and character. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have lofts with extra twin beds that the kiddos can rock climb to. The basement is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Two of which are connected, a full bathroom and game room with ping pong, fooseball table and large screen TV. The house is situated on one full acre of fun. It boasts two tree swings, a slack line for you balance challenge and ninja practice course for youngsters. There is also a trampoline and a basket ball hoop. There are several outdoor fire pits fire (restriction permitting) and ample out door spaces to sit and relax. You may not want to leave the property for all the resort fun.brbrWinter: Snow capped peaks for viewing off the north balcony, ski runs to the south. Home boasts comfy living spaces, a deck with hot tub, mountain views, game room, fireplace, Smart TVs, and more. Rip down the mountain by bike or skis, hike in the pines, or day trip to Red River or Taos!br- Please note that you will be charged a 3% cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation. This is a charge incurred by us by the credit card company and not refunded by them if you cancel.br- Cleaning fee includes $65 hot tub fee.br- No shoes besides slippers allowed in house to keep the carpet nice!br- No food in bedrooms.br- Person booking home must be a minimum of 25 years of agebr- No Pets. Owner is highly allergic. br- No smoking inside.br- No parties or eventsbr- No ski or snow boots in home beyond mudroom, please. That's what the mud room is for! br- Driveway is on a slight incline. 4WD is recommended in icy/snowy weather. There is additional parking on the street.br- Dispose of Trash at Angel Fire Recycle & Trash (.5 mile away). (We hate this, but there is no trash service in Angel Fire and cleaning services charge a large amount of $ to dispose of trash. (TV remotes, pillows, kitchen items, etc...)br- If the gas propane tank for the grill runs out, let us know. We will have our Homecare company refill prior to the following guest. We normally have extra tanks available, but need to keep those filled so the next guest does not run out.br- Notify us if we run out of any supply so we can replenish for next guests.br- Hot Tub Cleaning: The hot tub will be cleaned after EACH stay so you can enjoy the tub during your stay. If the hot tub needs to be cleaned DURING your stay, you will be responsible for the fee. If the hot tub water gets murky, cloudy or you notice a smell, you likely did not follow the 3 hot tub rules which are posted on a sign but they are (shower before and after you get in, make sure small children take potty breaks OUTSIDE the tub, no food or drinks). br- Additional Hot tub cleaning fees are the following to be paid directly to the provider in cash. $55 cleaning fee office hours, $70 after hours. if a drain and fill is needed (if the tub is extra dirty) the fee will be $160 office hours and $200 after hours.
