Feel free to enjoy the pecans!brOther things to notebrIt’s generally quiet at night but during the day it’s a busy street.brbrIt’s also very centrally located near a main intersection, therefore hearing EMS sirens or the train is probable.brbrWhile there are some rundown areas of the neighborhood, it is quite established, friendly, well-lit outside, and historically and culturally significant.brbrThere are currently no neighbors living on either side, however, one of the homes is still very regularly cared for and attended and the other house on the other side is being renovated currently.brbrPlease don’t leave your pets unattended outside. There may be areas along the fence line that are not completely secure and some animals may escape. brIt’s a busy road out front and some animals may jump the fence.
