It offers of off-street parking for multiple cars. TVs are smart and have cable services. It is also one block from the bay which has a very nice private playground for the kids and pickleball court. It is conveniently located to convenience stores, mini golf, private pickleball courts, basketball as well as many highly rated restaurants in the area. Brand new furniture, beds and mattresses. Please note that is a no-smoking property and the homeowners have an outdoor security camera. Sorry we don’t allow pets.
